Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, and the second shipment will be free of charge.

Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the parcel. 

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged.

We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 10 business days.

Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
