Shipping:

When you confirm your purchase, you will receive an email with confirmation and an estimated delivery date. KMaack Photography pays all shipping costs but takes no responsibility for local taxes. Printing and framing of photos can take up to 15 days plus shipping time that depends on the circumstances in each case, however, more details will be provided in the confirmation email after the purchase is confirmed.

Delivery:

KMaack Photography will then find the fastest option available. KMaack Photography will send you your purchase at no extra cost. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
